Based in England and the Haute Vienne, France, I’ve been working with the web since 2000. Setting up Occeane has been a direct response to the lack of specialist help building rental property websites. We use the latest software for all our sites including ‘checkfront’ for booking and payment and ‘MailChimp’ for email newsletter delivery.
We ensure you’re not tied to any contracts with third parties; we are advocates of ‘Open Source’ software like ‘WordPress’ and ‘Linux’. Whilst this ensures you’re not contracted to pay for things you don’t need, this kind of software benefits from being at the ‘cutting edge’ of the Internet, and extremely easy to use.
